Working Principle:

A feeding device, a powder weighing scale and a collecting hopper are installed under the silo to complete the material conveying and metering work. In the automatic batching system, materials fall from the silo to the screw feeding device. When running on the feeding device, their weight signals and speed signals are sent to the weighing instrument.The weighing instrument calculates and processes the load weight electrical signal and speed signal to obtain the instantaneous flow and cumulative material transportation volume of the electronic scale, which are respectively displayed on the weighing display.

Application Scope:

It is used for batching and mixing of powder materials in feed, construction, pharmaceutical, additive, food, chemical and other industries.

Functions:

 

  • It integrates batching, mixing and packaging, and all of them are automatic.
  • For one or more materials of different products, it automatically batches them according to the weight ratio specified in the formula, mixes them evenly, and automatically measures, fills and packages them according to the specification of 5kg-60kg/bag.
  • It uses prefabricated plastic woven bags with inner bags; the inner bag is PE single film, which is heat-sealed, and the outer bag is sewn; it adopts semi-automatic filling and sealing with manual bagging; the seal is tight and has good sealing performance.
  • The design of the production line process, equipment structure design and material selection can choose Q235 carbon steel, 201 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel according to the characteristics of materials.
  • For special materials: such as those containing crystal water, easy to absorb moisture, and easy to liquefy at high temperature; the batching and mixing speed of this production line equipment is fast, and the contact time between materials and air is short during the production process, so it will not absorb water and become damp. 
  • It has accurate metering, with batching accuracy reaching 0.1%-0.2%, and uniform and efficient mixing. 
  • The equipment layout is compact, with low energy consumption, energy saving and high efficiency.

Maintenance:

  • Regularly check whether the fixing bolts of the sensor, motor, gearbox and other components are loose with instruments.
  • Before the first use, confirm whether all transportation fixing devices of the aggregate scale have been removed; before each shift, check whether there is foreign matter stuck around the scale hopper and whether the sensor is in working state; be careful to avoid hand injury from the gaps around the scale hopper.
  • During use, check whether each rotating component such as the idler roller rotates flexibly.
  • Equipment maintenance refers to caring for the equipment through general methods such as wiping, cleaning, lubricating and adjusting to maintain and protect the performance and technical status of the equipment.
  • Abide by the safe operation procedures, do not use the equipment beyond the load, ensure the safety protection devices of the equipment are complete and reliable, and eliminate unsafe factors in time.
